THE TEAMMatt and Lindsay have known each other for 21 years. They opened Yardbird Hong Kong in 2011. Lindsay and Stacey are sisters. Stacey joined the Yardbird Hong Kong team in 2011. Matt and Nick have worked together since 2009 (pre-YB days). Kenneth and Mason have anchored the team since 2012. Now they're all equal partners in ROTI TORI. Confusing? Maybe. They're a dysfunctional family that believes in the same core values: teamwork makes the dream work and chicken makes everyone happy.
